"THE LONG DAY CLOSES."

At the recent Annual General Meeting of the Chapel End Savoys Players, the members present, reluctantly, decided to wind up the Society.

Much as we have wished to avert this, the current number of permanent members and other factors mean that we are no longer able to sustain a company that performs staged productions.

As part of the winding-up process, we are currently dealing with the assets and monies of the society, and would urge members (past and present) to contact our treasurer Simon Jones, on scousemooncat@hotmail.com regarding any stage properties they might be holding.

We intend to have a final farewell event, to which we will invite all members past and present. An announcement regarding this will be sent out as soon as possible.
